Nicholas Pinatsis is a Lawyer at the Supreme Court, Member of the Athens (Greece) and New York State (USA) Bar Associations.

His professional activity is mainly concerned with the provision of legal services to domestic and foreign companies for the establishment, operation and conversion of businesses, debt collection, trade agreements, trademarks and patent protection, intellectual property protection, structure of network of franchise, dealers and distributors, as well as of many other issues relating to the needs of a commercial enterprise operating in Greece, even as an investment of foreign interests. He has also a great deal of expertise in real estate cases, as he is involved in real estate buying and rental contracts, investments of Greek and foreign funds in large real estate projects in Greece for development, as well as in representing foreign investors in acquisition and management of properties in Greece, providing full legal support throughout the investment spectrum, even in securing a residence permit for investors, executives and business participants in Greece. It is also worth noting that he deals with legal issues of local government and the responsibility of elected officials and employees in the performance of their duties. Finally, he has a strong litigation presence before the Civil Courts for the range of civil and commercial law cases, as well as before the Criminal Courts for the defense against charges of commercial, administrative, industrial, property law, etc.
