Ioannis Βaveas is a Lawyer at the Supreme Civil Court and a member of the Αthens Bar Association.

Up to today he has demonstrated in his professional career a wide judicial experience at all levels and types of courts. He is a legal advisor at numerous companies, an off-counsel for a bank, as well as for a local city authority. He has dealt extensively with issues of the Law of Enforcement, the Property Law and the development of real estate. He has handled serious civil, criminal cases at all levels of jurisdiction and has considerable experience in commercial law. Has also dealt with various legal issues such as leases, intellectual and industrial property, company law, tax law, business consolidation and complex legal contracts, which have enabled him, in addition to the separate subjects in which he has deepened, to develop a wider legal experience in dealing with cases where the composition and knowledge of more than one area of law is required.

EDUCATION

Postgraduate (LLM) in International Commercial Law at the University of Essex (UK), Graduate of Law (LLB) from the the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
